We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Genesis Delivery Specialist . In this role, you will play a key part in creating a smooth and memorable vehicle delivery experience for each customer. You will ensure every delivery is organized, informative, and aligned with our commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete vehicle deliveries in a professional, organized, and timely manner.
• Provide a thorough overview of vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and connected services.
• Guide customers through key vehicle setup steps and answer questions with clarity and confidence.
• Partner with sales, service, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff experience.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery by confirming cleanliness, readiness, and proper documentation.
• Support customers with activation of available digital tools, apps, and account settings.
• Maintain accurate records related to deliveries, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
• Deliver a high level of hospitality that reflects the brand’s standards and values.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, automotive delivery, product education, sales support, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain information clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build positive relationships and provide a polished customer experience.
• Comfortable using technology, mobile devices, and digital systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet any applicable driving record requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
