General Laborer – 1st Shift (6:50 AM – 3:00 PM) | Covington, GA

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Covington, GA. This position is responsible for assisting in the production of automotive components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training will be conducted on 1st shift before transitioning to the regular 2nd shift schedule.

Shift:

• Training: 1st Shift
• Regular Schedule: 1st shift 6:50 am- 3:00 pm
• Monday – Friday, with overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and manufacture automotive components according to production standards
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Meet daily production goals and quality expectations

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
