Service Technician II

Service Technician II Responsibilities Investigate and diagnose suspected hardware failures on parts and products returned from the field. Perform testing according to established procedures. Investigate and diagnose suspected non-conformance issues. Provide accurate diagnosis information for entry into the compliance database. Refurbish parts/devices to original specifications and functionality. Minimum Qualifications 1-2 years related experience. High school diploma or equivalent. AA degree in Biomedical Electronics Technology or equivalent preferred. Basic electric/electronic fundamental knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Physical Demands Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Walking / standing during working hours. Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment.
