this individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment across an active job site, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong field safety experience, professional safety certifications, and the ability to build relationships with project teams while proactively identifying and mitigating risk. This is a highly visible onsite role supporting critical project operations and requires a candidate who can commit to a demanding schedule and hit the ground running.

Day-to-Day:

Monitor and enforce site safety requirements

Partner with site leadership to address safety concerns

Conduct safety observations and reporting

Support project teams with daily safety compliance

Collaborate with superintendents on field safety initiatives

Escalate and resolve safety issues as they arise

Maintain documentation and communication regarding site safety activities

Skills and Requirements

BCSP CSP certification AND 5+ Years of safety construction experience OR BCSP CSP and CHST certification

OSHA 30 certification

Full availability for the project duration

Ability to work onsite 6 days/week from 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Must have all required PPE available by first day onsite

Strong construction/project site safety experience Additional safety certifications

Data center or large-scale construction project experience

Ability to start quickly
