Responsibilities Answering phones and greeting visitors Scheduling appointments Collecting and distributing mail Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems Customer Service Experience is a plus Qualifications A strong desire to succeed with no complacency 3+ years of Admin Asst experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Automotive industry Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Experience with all aspects of business office duties High School diploma or GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Advanced computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort with fast-paced environment #SAG-CS
