About Our Client

A growing commercial general contractor with a long history, a strong pipeline, and a tightknit team culture. They have been around for 40+ years and their commercial business has grown about 40% year over year so now they are looking for a PM who communicates clearly, take initiative, and work well with both clients and field teams.

Job Description

• Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead designbuild processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communication
• Support estimating, buyout, and monthly project reporting
• Partner closely with superintendents to maintain quality, safety, and schedule
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of commercial PM experience, ideally with groundup or designbuild work
• Able to step in and run active projects immediately
• Strong communicator who is personable, clientfacing, and comfortable presenting
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative - someone who fits well in a small, teamoriented culture
• Experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet) is a plus
• Estimating experience or the ability to bid/manage your own projects is highly valued
