Taking a consulting-led approach, you’ll partner with the othe r MoveP lan sta ff to lea d projec ts and support clients from startups to global multinationals to shape the right strategy and deliver projects that are grounded in industry best practices. You’ll lead projects across various stages, including stepping into active projects and helping to prepare project set up activities for new initiatives . You’ll work in a hybrid capacity , balancing on-site requirements with work from home opportunities along with the occasional need to travel within and outside of this region. You’ll support business growth by creating meaningful relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for new accounts. What you’ll be doing Representing MovePlan confiden tly and professiona lly on client sites Preparing and l eading the strategy, management, and delivery of workplace transition projects Creating and delivering stakeholder and employee communications that ensure all are informed, prepared and motivated to support goals Leading and documenting client and internal project meetings Managing project scope, schedules and budgets Assessing , documenting and mitigating project risks, actions, issues and decisions Preparing analysis and reporting Coordinat ing with and scheduling internal and external business partners or vendors Performing o n-site space audits and inventories Ow n ership and quality control of all project data and o utputs Delivering presentations virtually and in-person Completing internal MovePlan administrative tasks Supporting on-site project activities (locally and travelling) O ccasional weeknight and weekend work on-site Supporting business development through networking, events, and proposal activity What you’ll need 5 + years’ experience in managing and leading projects Customer service or hospitality experience with a passion for service Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills Great organization skills , attention to detail, and written communication Ability to adapt quickly and remain effective in fast-paced environments Strong time management and follow-through skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative Experience coordinating vendors, consultants, or external partners Comfort able with ambiguity and evolving requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office skills ( Excel , PowerPoint , Teams ) Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support broader team needs Willing ness to travel and work occasional weekends Nice to have Experiencein one or more of the following: -Leading events or teams -Supporting move, workplace, or change management projects -Working in a consultant role -Marketing, graphic design, or sales-oriented roles Corporate /Residential real estate or facilities management experience Active Change or Project Management certifications or similar Active membership within industry networking organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
