Remote Customer Service Representative This position, working with a limited degree of supervision, serves on the Participant Service Center a call center supporting participants of retirement plans. This position serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Operations Products, Systems, and Processes. Serve as day-to-day client contact for participants, providing guidance and support to participants on retirement provisions and ensuring clients' needs are met. Work with other members of the Retirement team on more complex problem resolution. Conduct primary and secondary research and collects information to respond to inquiries from customers or other client and advisor requests as needed Processes and makes decisions around service requests and system transactions based on the customer request and in accordance with business and regulatory rules Serve as a product resource for internal departments of the organization Strong verbal/written communication skills Associate's Degree in Business or equivalent work experience is preferred MUST have High School Diploma or GED equivalent Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
