Customer Service Specialist

Position Summary

Serves as the primary point of contact for members and volunteers while delivering exceptional service across multiple association clients.

Key Responsibilities

Member Support

• Respond to email and phone inquiries.
• Resolve routine membership questions.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately.

Customer Experience

• Maintain response-time standards.
• Document interactions.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.

Administrative Support

• Maintain member records.
• Assist with renewals and communications.
• Support team projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service.
• Excellent communication.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• CRM experience preferred.
