Patient Care TechnicianDaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis careMonitor patients before, during, and after treatmentSet up and maintain dialysis equipmentRecord vital signs and patient dataEducate patients on treatment and kidney healthCollaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team membersRequirementsAccredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalentComfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipmentPhysically able to work long shifts on your feetWilling to float between local clinics if neededFlexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysClinic opens at 4:30AM closes at Midnight.
