Role Description As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jacob Bramel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
