As a Preventive Medicine Physician within our organization’s healthcare team, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing initiatives aimed at maintaining health, enhancing physical fitness, and preventing illness and injury. • Annual repayment of eligible education loans to lending institutions, spread over a maximum of three years during your service.

• A Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited U.S. medical or osteopathic school; foreign graduates may apply with a permanent certificate from the Educational Council of Foreign Medical Graduates.

• A current medical license to practice in the United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.

• Eligibility for board certification.

• Completion of at least one year in an approved graduate medical education internship.

• Completion of a training program focused on preventive medicine.

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in preventive medicine or certification from the American Board of Preventive Medicine or the American Board of Osteopathic Preventive Medicine in general preventive medicine or public health.

• Ages between 21 and 42 (waivers considered on an individual basis).

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
