Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant to support the design, implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP FI solutions aligned with business and financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI functional solutions.
• Perform SAP FI configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
• Configure organizational structures, company codes, business areas, fiscal years, posting periods, document types, and financial document controls.
• Configure and support automatic payment programs, electronic bank statements, dunning, and payment processing.
• Support integration between SAP FI and CO, MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and solution validation.
• Prepare and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Support data migration activities, including financial master data and transactional data.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, defects, and financial posting errors.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, project managers, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide knowledge transfer and end-user training for SAP FI processes and functionality.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP FI functional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting.
• Experience with SAP FI integration with MM, SD, and CO.
• Experience with SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and ERP best practices.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, and business process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance migration or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Business Partner integration.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA financial applications.
• Experience with SAP interfaces, IDocs, APIs, and third-party financial systems.
• SAP FI certification is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/SAP Activate project environments is a plus.
