Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, Haverhill, Massachusetts – Start 10/12/2026 for a travel temporary assignment lasting several weeks. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Weekly pay: $1,744 – $1,849. Shift: 3:00 pm–11:30 pm (15:00–23:00). Setting: long-term care / nursing home environment.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, condition changes, and respond to acute needs in a timely manner, reporting to the supervising RN.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility) and provide supportive care to maintain dignity and comfort.
- Implement and update individualized care plans; document care provided and any changes in the chart.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and infection-controlled environment; follow standard precautions and resident safety protocols.
- Collaborate with licensed nursing staff and interprofessional team to coordinate care and ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Massachusetts.
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and to perform duties during the 3:00 pm–11:30 pm shift.
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and comply with assignment duration and location requirements.
