Graphic Designer - Fashion

Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting a Graphic Designer to join a highly collaborative in-house creative team within a fast-paced, multi-brand retail environment. The Senior Designer plays a key role in developing innovative, strategically driven concepts and translating them into compelling visual executions. This role requires strong conceptual thinking and the ability to communicate brand messaging in fresh, memorable, and persuasive ways across a range of channels.

The role is hybrid 3x per week in Framingham. Please only local candidates apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with copywriters and cross-functional teams to concept and execute creative across multiple channels, including:
• Digital (emails, homepage/site banners)
• In-store signage and seasonal campaigns
• Large-scale store experiences (murals, high-profile window displays)
• Ensure all creative aligns with established brand guidelines while supporting a dynamic, value-driven retail environment.
• Contribute to and help guide creative ideas based on input from project managers, internal teams, and independent research.
• Collaborate closely with brand, channel, traffic, production, and studio teams to meet project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee projects through all stages of pre-production and production under the direction of senior creative leadership.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication of project status.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and apply best practices in design and retail marketing.
• Apply production knowledge to support concept development and execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or related fields (retail or fashion experience strongly preferred).
• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or design degree required.
• Strong design sensibility with a solid understanding of both print and digital mediums.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and mock up design solutions (Photoshop expertise required).
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills; able to clearly present ideas to internal teams and creative leadership.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).
• Passion for staying current with trends in retail, fashion, and design.
