We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing virtual team as  Remote Phone Bookers / Appointment Schedulers . You’ll be one of the first points of contact for prospective candidates who have already expressed interest in learning more about our career opportunities.

Your role is simple but important:  connect, confirm interest, schedule appointments, and help candidates take the next step.

No previous recruiting or appointment-setting experience is required. Training is provided.

What You’ll Do

As a  Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler , your primary responsibility is keeping our recruiting and interview calendar moving.

You’ll:

• Make outbound calls to  warm candidates who have already expressed interest

• Introduce yourself and provide a professional first impression

• Confirm candidates are still interested in learning about the opportunity

• Schedule candidates for available career overviews and interviews

• Explain basic next steps in the interview process

• Send appointment confirmations and reminders

• Follow up with candidates who haven't completed the next step

• Reconnect with candidates who missed an appointment

• Help candidates reschedule when necessary

• Communicate through phone, text, and email when appropriate

• Maintain accurate notes and call outcomes

• Update candidate information within our recruiting system

• Keep calendars organized and appointments moving efficiently

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers

Warm Leads — Not Random Cold Calling

You won't be calling random phone numbers hoping someone might be interested.

You'll primarily connect with  individuals who have already applied or expressed interest in one of our career opportunities .

Your job is to help move them from:

Application → Contact → Career Overview → Interview → Next Step

If you're comfortable speaking with people and enjoy keeping things organized, this can be a great remote opportunity.

☎️ A Typical Conversation Might Include

You'll reach out to a candidate, introduce yourself, confirm that they recently expressed interest in a remote career opportunity, and help them select an available time to learn more.

You'll also answer  basic scheduling and process questions and direct detailed position-specific questions to the appropriate recruiter or hiring manager.

You are helping candidates navigate the process—not conducting the full interview yourself.

Previous experience in  appointment setting, recruiting, customer service, call centers, administrative support, scheduling, hospitality, telemarketing, inside sales, or client services is helpful—but  not required .

• Phone and text communication

• Applicant tracking or recruiting systems

• Digital candidate records

• Web-based communication tools

Training is provided on the systems used by our team.
