Clinical Recruiter/Coordinator | ON-SITE

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Clinical Recruiter/Coordinator to support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical healthcare professionals. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for positions such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Medical Assistants, Therapists, Technicians, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, healthcare recruiting experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and healthcare positions. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and applicant tracking systems. Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain an active pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future staffing needs. Build relationships with nursing schools, healthcare organizations, and professional associations. Candidate Management Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clinical leadership. Facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Manage offer letters, employment documentation, and pre-employment requirements. Onboarding & Compliance Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired clinical staff. Track and verify licenses, certifications, background checks, immunization records, and other compliance requirements. Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within the ATS and HRIS systems. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company hiring policies. Administrative Support Generate recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics. Assist with workforce planning and staffing initiatives. Maintain job postings and update requisitions as needed. Support retention and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience recruiting within healthcare, clinical, or medical environments preferred. Knowledge of hiring practices, employment laws, and healthcare compliance requirements. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Experience recruiting nurses, allied health professionals, or healthcare support staff. Familiarity with credentialing and healthcare licensure requirements. Experience working with healthcare staffing agencies, hospitals, physician practices, or long-term care organizations.
