Hybrid Litigation Paralegal

Paralegal Position

Foley & Mansfield, a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys, is seeking a paralegal for its California office in the Monrovia/Los Angeles area. This hybrid position requires two days in office and three days remote. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized and can effectively prioritize. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of assigned cases from initial intake to trial, maintaining relationships with experts, preparing trial notebooks and document productions, and managing trial documents and exhibits. Other duties include billable work and assisting with preparing motions and exhibits.

Qualifications include at least three years of litigation paralegal experience, with asbestos, toxic tort, products liability, or personal injury experience being a plus. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle a large volume of work, attend trials locally and nationally, and have experience with trial support.
