Desktop Support Technician: Citrix & AD Expert

Georgia Lottery Corporation is seeking a desktop support professional to provide first-line IT helpdesk assistance for Windows 10 workstations and Citrix environments. You will support Active Directory authentication, Exchange/Office 365 services, and DNS/DHCP networking while ensuring SLAs are met. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in MIS or equivalent experience and strong communication skills.
