Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

As a manufacturing technician, you will execute manufacturing batch records, work instructions, and SOPs with an emphasis on safety and precision. You will handle weighing, transferring, and mixing chemicals, while documenting all activities in compliance with cGMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cGMP compliance in assigned work and adhere to all safety procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.

• Complete preventative maintenance and work notification tasks promptly.

• Conduct equipment testing and routine troubleshooting of process and analytical equipment.

• Draft, review, and revise documents as needed.

• Perform in-process analytical testing as necessary.

• Maintain raw materials inventory using systems like Kanban.

• Keep training records up to date.

• Participate in safety inspections and improvement projects.

• Engage in shift exchanges, one-on-one meetings, and other necessary meetings to support area needs.

Shifts *

6:00am - 4:30pm

2:00pm - 12:30am

10:00pm - 8:30am

*All employees will train from 8:00am - 4:30pm for 3-5 weeks

*All shifts are on a rotating schedule - 3 Days On/2 Days Off/2 Days On/2 Days Off/3 Days On/2 Days Off

Essential Skills

• Production experience in a GMP environment.

• Cleanroom experience.

• Strong math skills, including rounding decimals, multiplying decimals, and unit conversions.

• At least 3 years of cGMP experience for Tech III role.

• Experience working directly with QA or supervisors to identify and resolve quality errors or deviations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

• 1-3 years of cGMP experience or an associate's degree for

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hazelwood, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
