Registered Nurse Full‑time, professional position in Lincoln City, Oregon. Location: Neskowin, OR. Salary: $45.00–$50.68 per hour. Daily rates (12‑hour shift): $540–$608. Schedule: 9 a.m.–9 p.m. or 9 p.m.–9 a.m., 7 days a week. Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem available. Demonstrate organizational and time management skills. Support quality improvement practices. Perform nursing procedures according to agency policy and procedures. Work under the direction of a RN Case Manager and Director of Nursing. Monitor reactions and patient progress using observation, assessment, and evaluation skills. Educate patients and family members about disease process, medications, POC, treatment options, and home care procedures according to the plan of care. Report adverse findings to physician and RN Case Manager. Follow state regulations. Complete clinical notes for each visit, incorporated into a record on a daily basis. Coordinate and monitor patient care and services. Comply with HIPAA regulations. Follow infection control policy. Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation. Transport patients to doctor appointments, grocery stores, or pharmacies. Document skilled visits accurately and in accordance with established guidelines. Documentation must be completed by end of each shift; if unable, notify Case Manager. Maintain patient records according to policy and procedures. Participate in in‑services, workshops, seminars, and self‑study courses. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Physical elements: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities. Sufficient vision or other powers of observation. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate a personal computer, telephone, and other related equipment. Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes to safely lift, move, or maneuver as necessary. Sufficient personal mobility and reflexes to efficiently function in a general office environment; frequent travel to a variety of field sites. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Environmental elements: Works in an office environment with moderate noise levels and controlled temperature conditions. Travels to patients’ homes; may be exposed to hazardous substances. Interacts with staff and/or public in enforcing departmental policies and procedures. Home environments vary from clean and comfortable to cluttered and dirty.
