Service Advisor – Automotive
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends
Erie, PA
Are you a ROCKSTAR advisor looking for a career upgrade?
We are a respected, independently family-owned automotive repair facility in Erie and we are hiring a Service Advisor to join our professional team. We provide high-level service comparable to premium dealerships while maintaining a supportive, family-owned culture.
We service all makes and models , including European and diesel vehicles , and are known for honest recommendations, a thorough comprehensive approach at every visit and long-term client relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, motivated Service Advisor seeking strong compensation, benefits, and true work–life balance in a career. Not a “job”.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Document vehicle concerns and service requests
- Present estimates and explain repairs clearly
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Communicate with technicians and clients
- Maintain accurate invoices and service records
Qualifications
- Independent Repair Facility Service Advisor experience preferred
- Knowledge of the automotive repair industry necessary
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Professional and reliable
Sales or customer service background a plus
