We are looking for our next clinical leader - DON for our 100+ bed LTC SNF facility. (MUST BE AN RN) This opportunity is with an established, well respected Senior Care organization with over 20 years in the Kentucky Market. The facility is older but well staffed and a strong team.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years in Senior Care as a DON in SNF/LTC
• RN License in Kentucky is MUST. (compact is fine)
• History of accomplishment's and success
