Investor Relations Assistant

Prestigious Private Equity firm seeks an Investor Relations Assistant to join their Team! Responsibilities Support the administrative process for investor transfers and wire updates. Coordinate documentation collection, verification, and input with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance. Email Inbox Management Monitor the general Investor Relations email inbox and triage incoming messages. Draft and send timely, accurate, and professional responses to routine investor inquiries. Log all relevant correspondence and follow-ups in the CRM. CRM Management Maintain and update investor records, contact details, and activity logs in the firm’s CRM system (Dynamo), ensuring accuracy and consistency. Track all investor interactions, requests, and key deadlines to support effective relationship management. Assist in completing standard due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals. Coordinate responses across internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Investments. Maintain the RFP response library and templates to ensure up-to-date, high-quality materials. Ensure submissions meet formatting, branding, and quality standards and are delivered on time. Meetings, Events & Presentation Support Assist in creating, formatting, and updating investor presentations, pitchbooks, and internal reports in PowerPoint and Excel. Help prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, and events. Internal Collaboration Work cross-functionally with teams across the firm including Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, and Investments, to ensure a coordinated and responsive approach to investor needs. Professional growth is focused on expanding responsibilities, expertise, and leadership within the client service function. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, client services, RFP writing, or financial operations. Knowledge of asset management, private equity, or alternative investments is preferred.
