Our therapy approach emphasizes a cozy, comforting environment that aids in recovery. Our team consists of multidisciplinary professionals, including orthopedic specialists, enabling a comprehensive 360-degree approach to rehabilitation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments and develop evidence-based individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals.Deliver hands-on therapeutic services including manual therapy, strength training, and functional exercises tailored to each patient's needs.Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure alignment on treatment objectives and adjust patient care plans as necessary.Educate patients and their families on exercises and wellness practices that promote healing and prevent future injuries.Stay current on the latest advancements in physical therapy to integrate innovative techniques into patient care.Document patient progress comprehensively and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.Support departmental growth through participation in quality improvement projects and by providing mentorship to less experienced therapists and interns.Patient Population / Client FocusThe primary focus of our practice includes pediatric patients, as well as individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Your clinical skills will directly impact the quality of life for patients navigating the recovery process. You will deliver compassionate care customized to meet the unique emotional and physical needs of each patient.QualificationsA valid and current California Physical Therapist license is required.A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited institution.Demonstrated manual therapy skills and a fervent commitment to patient-centered care.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.Comprehensive knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly advantageous.Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus and preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
