Urology, Women's Pelvic Health Nurse Practitioner - Houston, TX

Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday (approx. 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Women's Health & Gynecologic team. This role is designed for a clinician who desires a dynamic, high-touch practice environment, providing critical support for the Practice Lead across both surgical and clinical settings. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care, ensuring seamless perioperative management, and contributing to the growth of our wellness and aesthetic services.

Scope of Practice:

• Patient Population: Female patient base with a focus on womens health, urogynecology, and longevity/wellness.
• Comprehensive Primary Care: Manage a diverse spectrum of conditions including routine gynecology, urogynecology (incontinence, prolapse), postoperative care, weight management, and hormone replacement therapy for both men and women.
• Clinical Workflow: Balance a robust schedule of clinic days and surgical first-assist duties; must be comfortable with standard office hours and early morning surgery starts (7:00 AM).
• Clinical Procedures: Perform injectable pellet therapy, aesthetic treatments, and wellness services; training will be provided to ensure alignment with the Lead Physicians specific surgical and perioperative protocols.
• Volume & Call: Maintain steady daily patient volumes in a one or two-office rotation (Main Campus and The Woodlands).

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Active, unrestricted Texas APRN licensure already in place.
• New graduates with a strong nursing background in gynecology or surgery are welcome to apply.
• Immediate or near-immediate availability to join the practice.
