Responsibilities Job Specific Details and Tasks: The duties include, but are not limited to the following: Perform clinical nurse staff management, clinical and administrative supervision and supports for individual SPS operations Monitor SPS reporting to meet operational data collection requirements, training and competency assessments for required nursing skills Develop monitoring and evaluation reports Design, develop and implement corrective action plans Assist in implementation of new programs and services at the clinic level of operation Participate in FOH committees Manage staffing according to staffing plan Provide input to CHS leadership when business needs increase or decrease at a particular location Foster professional relationships between FOH, ServeFed points of contact (POCs), and individual site management representatives at the operational level Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education : Master's degree in Nursing (Graduation from a National League of Nursing (NLN) accredited school of nursing), Business, or Health Administration Experience : At least 5 years’ experience providing direct care to patients/clients, of which 3 years’ experience in occupational health or related experience such as public health/community health, outpatient clinic, emergency department or ambulatory care, or physician office nursing At least 1 year experience in Acute care setting At least 5 years’ supervisory experience License/Certification : RN licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) Other : Shall have Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) Certification for audiometry and have attended a National Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (NIOSH) approved spirometry course; Must complete within 3 months of hire if not already certified #J-18808-Ljbffr ServeFed, Inc.
