HVAC Construction Field Superintendent

We need someone who leads from the front, sets the pace, and holds the line on quality and safety. You’ll be working with a crew of tough, dependable tradesmen who take pride in their work. You’ll be expected to train and mentor journeymen and apprentices , build strong teams, and demand excellence every day. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all field operations for commercial HVAC construction projects. Supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Train, mentor, and develop Journeymen and apprentices. Maintain project documentation and schedules using Bluebeam, Excel , and other digital tools. Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure all work meets or exceeds code and company standards. Report directly to the HVAC General Superintendent and keep operations running tight. Requirements 10+ years of commercial HVAC construction experience. 4+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role. Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel , and construction management software. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
