Key Responsibilities Manage staffing, performance evaluations, and professional development of team members. Coordinate patient care based on assessment and treatment plans. Participate in budgeting and resource management. Lead staff communication, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. Support safe work practices and departmental productivity goals.
