Dental Front Office AssistantOur goal at Children's Dental Center is to provide a fun environment where children can have a positive dental experience while providing them top-quality dental care. We are seeking dependable, fun, hard-working, proactive team players to join our practice. If you are a compassionate, detail-oriented person, committed to excellent patient care who enjoys working with children, we would love to meet you!Office Hours:· Monday: 7am – 5pm· Tuesday: 7am – 5pm· Wednesday: 7am – 1:30pm· Thursday: 7am – 5pm· Friday: 7am – noonResponsibilities:· Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone.· Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history.· Update necessary documents into patient chart.· Schedule patients for dental treatment.· Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger.· Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area.· Additional duties as needed such as following up with patients, transferring records, and any other necessary tasks in our office.· Must arrive on time and adhere to the attendance policy.Requirements:· Preferred at least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting.· Customer Service experience.· Passion for delivering the best experience.· Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented.We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
