About the Role:

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to children from birth through age 18 in Broomfield, CO . You'll work directly with families to support developmental progress and improve daily function through individualized care delivered in a comfortable, familiar setting.

Compensation & Scheduling:

• Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
• Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
• Part-Time Caseload: 10-20 visits per week
• Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas
• Educate families and caregivers to support therapy goals at home
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care

Requirements

• A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT)

• NBCOT Certification
• Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required
