We're hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. We provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. And for those who want to learn: we'll provide Spanish lessons or send you to Antigua, Guatemala.

What You'll Do

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Provide skilled intervention to support fine and visual motor skills, sensory processing challenges, executive functioning, and overall functional independence.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical presentation.
• Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy students.
What Your Caseload May Look Like

You'll see mostly toddlers and school-age children, with some infants and adolescents. Patients may range from 2 weeks to 20 years old. Common diagnoses include developmental delay, sensory processing challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other genetic or neurological conditions.
What We're Looking For

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation)
• Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain
• New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
• Mission-driven approach to care
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required

What We Offer


$65,000 - $82,000 /year based on schedule and experience PLUS choice of sponsored SIP participation or up to $8,000 signing bonus
