Job Responsibilities

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and develop personalized therapy strategies aimed at supporting their functional objectives.
Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based techniques to promote patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and abilities in daily living.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic patient-centered care.
Educate Patients and Families: Provide valuable instruction on therapy methods to ensure continued progress at home.
Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to maintain focus on their recovery goals.
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program.
Ongoing education and additional certifications are warmly encouraged and fully supported.
Certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
