Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create customized therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional aspirations.
Engage with Cross-Disciplinary Teams: Work in close collaboration with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver thorough and holistic patient care.
Educate Patients and Families: Provide comprehensive instruction to patients and their families on therapy techniques that foster ongoing recovery at home.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and financially supported.
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
