About This Role As an RN Ambulatory Team Lead in the Internal Medicine Department, you will coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, and caregiver education while providing direct patient support. This role is ideal for those looking to enhance their nursing and management skills while fostering a welcoming patient experience. Highlights Pay: 34.50 - 54.40/hour Location: Beachwood, OH Facility: Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You\'ll Do Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in various ambulatory settings. Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care. Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues. Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives. Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring of assigned caregivers. Assist in preparing department-specific education. Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement, and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience, and safety. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience: 2+ years of recent RN experience. Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross.
