What You’ll Actually Do Drive: Work on strategic projects that enhance Talent Management practices and make recommendations woven into the organization’s fabric. Connect: Engage in personal interaction with office and field employees, Phillips 66 HR leadership, and other new hires. Develop: Participate in diversified training through on-the-job assignments to assist in fostering a great workplace where employees can reach their full potential. Support: Contribute to various HR functions, including Total Rewards (Benefits and Compensation), HR Business Partners, HR Operations, People Strategy, Learning & Development, and Talent Management. The Must-Haves Background: Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or pursuing an MBA; Entry‑Level career. Experience: Graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027. Skills: Legally authorized to work in the job posting country, capable of developing technically and professionally using skills acquired in coursework. Bonus: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale. Previous work experience in Human Resources and/or a related industry. Previous internship with Phillips 66.
