As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?Pay Range: $190,000 - $210,000YOUR ROLEThe Director of HR leads all Human Resources activities for a Regional Business Unit, covering Canada, US and Mexico. The HR Director serves as a strategic partner to the business unit leadership team and works closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that are consistent with the Regional and Global HR direction. The BU HRD is responsible for talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance and HR KPIs for scope population. He/She ensures HR initiatives align to business goals, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Strategic HR LeadershipDevelop, implement and execute the BU HR strategy and HR program delivery, including organization design, talent and workforce planningAdvise leaders and drives the execution of strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent class talent required to support the businessServe as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, aligning HR programs with business goalsTranslate company-wide objectives and initiatives into approaches that are tailored to the specific needs of the respective business unitTalent & Organizational DevelopmentLead succession planning, leadership development, and training initiatives to enhance employee growth for scope populationIdentify opportunities for organizational improvement and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention, ensuring consistent application of Group and Ceva principlesProvide expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment and owns accountability for talent management responsibilities, including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.Design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfactionComplianceEnsure compliance and efficiency of HR policies and procedures across all business unit locationsModel code of ethics and code of conduct; investigating hot-line complaints assignedMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/requiredHR Team LeadershipDirectly manage and develop the BU HR team, including sub-region HRBPs and field HRBPsCollaborate with other regional HR Directors to align corporate and field HR strategiesDrive the organization and HR Business Partner team towards a culture of excellence, prepare and coach leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure employees feel engaged and inspired to deliver business resultsHR Operations & Workforce PlanningPartner with finance and leadership teams to oversee headcount and people costsProvide guidance and input on business unit workforce planning (restructuring in some locations, growth in others)Work with leaders to forecast short-term and long-term staffing needs based on targets and projects; assess current skill sets against future business requirements; implement and monitor action plansQualifications & ExperienceIdeally 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 7 years working in the fieldBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience managing HR teams that oversee multi-location HR initiativesStrong knowledge of employment lawsProven experience leading strategic HR projects that impact an entire organization (onboarding programs, HRIS upgrades (ADP), compensation structures, performance management).Expertise in talent development, performance management, and employee engagement strategiesStrong data acumen and data analysis skillsHR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferredIndustry experience strongly preferredExperience effectively leading change management exercisesAn ability to navigate complex and ambiguous business environments and deliver resultsA demonstrated ability to inspire a teamWHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?With a genuine culture of recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
