About the Role Role: LogisticsSpecialist Location: Sunnyvale,CA/ Burlingame, CA Key Responsibilities End-to-End PO Management: Own and track purchase orders from creation through delivery, ensuring on-time performance and proactively escalating risks or delays. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement, vendors, and Logistics Operations to ensure seamless handoffs and clear communication at every stage. Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance against delivery commitments, flag issues early, and drive resolution to maintain material flow. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the PO-to-delivery pipeline and implement improvements that accelerate material movement and reduce cycle times. Strategic Project Leadership: Lead logistics-related projects that support Robotics organization priorities — including new supplier onboarding, warehouse/routing optimization, and scaling logistics for new programs. Reporting & Visibility: Maintain accurate tracking dashboards and provide regular status updates to stakeholders on PO health, delivery timelines, and project milestones. Risk Mitigation: Anticipate supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to protect delivery schedules. Years of experience: 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated experience managing purchase orders and/or procurement workflows end-to-end Experience in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing logistics environments Experience with customs/import-export processes for hardware components Reporting and communication skills Desired Qualifications: Dangerous goods experience Experience with Oracle, GTM Salesforce, SQL Experience with Asia to US supply chain Salary and Other Compensation The annual [salary/hourly rate]for this position is between [$80,000 - 1,00,000 annually].
