Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and implement individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them meet their functional goals.

• Track and Adjust Care: Monitor patient development, document progress, and modify treatment strategies as necessary to maintain effectiveness.

Education

• Approved Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
