Bookkeeping Administrator

Concrete Collaborative is a design-driven concrete and terrazzo manufacturer at the intersection of architecture, interiors, and material innovation. Our Oceanside showroom is a fast-paced hybrid environment—part showroom, part operations hub—supporting high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects nationwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Administrator with strong expertise in bank reconciliation and financial administration to keep our books accurate, organized, and up to date. This is a part-time role (5 hours per day). Key Responsibilities Perform timely and accurate monthly bank reconciliations across all company accounts. Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping records in the ERP/accounting system, including accounts payable and general ledger entries. Process vendor bills with a high degree of accuracy. Monitor commissions reports with collaborators. Reconcile and monitor cash flow, credit card transactions, and intercompany accounts. Prepare monthly sales tax returns. Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes. Handle banking activities including deposits, transfers, ACH/wire payments, and bank communications. Assist with new vendor onboarding and credit applications. Handle oversight of customer waivers and releases. Support ad‑hoc financial and administrative tasks such as filing, mail, and general office administration. What You’ll Bring Solid experience in bookkeeping and bank reconciliations (construction, manufacturing, or materials industry experience is a strong plus). High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with accounting/ERP software, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with email, spreadsheets, and financial systems. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
