Billing Clerk

The Billing Clerk will be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of service tickets, validating billing information, and ensuring proper revenue capture. This role requires fluency in both French and English and involves close collaboration with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and process approximately 200-250 service tickets daily with high accuracy.
• Close service tickets ensuring all billable services and applicable markups are captured.
• Perform analytical reviews of billing and operational reports.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies with internal departments.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.
• Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
• Support the Finance team with administrative and billing-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and billing standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional data accuracy skills.
• Experience working in a high-volume processing environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, finance, or related administrative roles.
• Experience reviewing invoices and validating revenue capture.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and accountability.
