Automation Technical Business AnalystThe Automation Technical Business Analyst will analyze and translate the business needs and assess the feasibility for enhancements to existing knowledge management resources or building new content in Horizon Confluence.In this role, the resource will elicit and document the business and functional requirements, generating process/data flow diagrams, and crafting user guides/videos. The resource will be working directly with technical experts to translate their standards and guidelines to consumable knowledge content for any technical end user. As a Business Analyst, also responsible for maintaining this content through any changes or updates.5 years of experience in technical writing or Agile User Experience (UX) requiredKnowledge Management, DevOps, Scripting, Technical WritingExperience working in Agile methodology and a deep understanding of various phases of the Software Development Life CycleAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with both technology/development and business partners - ability to translate between these two constituencies including technical writingUnderstanding of how technology interacts with other technologyExperience with Horizon Confluence and/or building of user interfacesHighly organized and motivated to deliver results with minimal directionCreative and proactive problem solver - ability to understand what the team needs and offer suggestions above and beyond what they desireNaturally curious individual with the ability to quickly become the authority in the various data and systems used by the teamStrong relationship, team building and facilitation skillsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and VisioStrong understanding of Confluence and Jira.Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
