IT Business Analyst IIIWe are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the M365 Intune project. This role requires a professional with a background in business or financial analysis to manage reporting, metrics, and trend analysis. The ideal candidate will translate technical information for non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain reports, metrics, and trend analysis.Articulate and translate technical information for a non-technical audience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Utilize tools such as Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams for project tasks.Drive product adoption and identify user pain points.Apply strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to daily tasks.Required QualificationsA background in business or financial analysis.2+ years of experience in product management or IT marketing.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking environment is beneficial.Experience with reporting, metrics, and trend analysis.SkillsWorking knowledge of Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Preferred QualificationsA background in financial and project management.Experience with process architecture and design.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
