You will join a team that is dynamic, fast paced, and enthusiastic in their approach.ResponsibilitiesPerform basic software requirements gathering and analysis related to customer requirementsAssist in creating and documenting workflows related to customer journeysInterface between users, technical staff, and project management to drive completion of key project deliverablesAnalyze problems and issues, determine impact, and help develop business solutions to remedy the identified issuesPerform software QA, UAT, & integration testing as neededPrepare and distribute clean and precise slide decks for compliance reviewsLearn basic configuration changes and how to apply these changes in specific instancesConduct personalized software training for customers to facilitate seamless integration/onboardingAbility to quantify and prioritize activities.
