Role Description As a member of the Human Resources team, the Recruiting Coordinator supports the hiring and onboarding process across the organization, acting as the central hub for coordinating interviews, offer letters, background checks, drug screens, and new hire forms. Working with Recruiters, this role tracks each step of the process, ensures timely completion, and provides a positive candidate and employee experience while generating reports and communicating status to stakeholders. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the hiring process from interview to start date and onboarding, supporting recruiters across all business groups Create, receive, and track all offer letters, new hire agreements, and pre‑employment paperwork Initiate, track, and troubleshoot background investigations (including motor‑vehicle reports, credit checks) and drug screens Accurately track new hires through hiring stages in real time, keeping all parties informed to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process Serve as the resident expert on ATS (Workday) processes, accuracy, and reporting Schedule and coordinate interview days, issue interview confirmations, and manage interview calendars Arrange travel and lodging for candidates and new hires via Navan as needed Provide a white‑glove candidate experience during on‑site interviews, greeting candidates and offering professional support at all talent levels Support campus recruiting efforts seasonally by scheduling on‑campus visits, coordinating callback days, and tracking candidate vitals for reporting Monitor and manage incoming tickets in the AskHR case‑management system, assigning tickets to the appropriate team member based on expertise Assist with special projects such as reporting, system testing, process improvement initiatives, and other departmental tasks Basic Qualifications Completed bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field from a not‑for‑profit college or university At least one year of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience Understanding of core HR and talent‑acquisition concepts Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders at all levels Capacity to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Track record of commitment to previous employers Competencies: sense of urgency, motivation, detailed approach, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, problem‑solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications and Skills Experience in expense management, travel, and invoicing software Experience with Workday and Eightfold What’s in it for You Hourly rate of $31–$35, with performance‑based incentives Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, vision, dental, prescription drug) Life, legal, and supplementary insurance Virtual and in‑person mental health counseling for individuals and families Commuter and parking benefits 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions Employee stock purchase plan Paid time off Tuition reimbursement On‑site fitness center and/or reimbursed fitness center membership (location dependent) including yoga studio, Peloton, personal training, group exercise classes Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Employee Resource Groups Complimentary gourmet coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fresh fruit, and healthy snacks Hourly rate of $31‑$35, based on relevant skills and experience, and includes a generous benefits plan.
