Salary: $124,000 - 164,000 per year Requirements:

• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with strong customer service and time-management skills.
• Bring expertise in IT project management, including developing, tracking, and managing project work plans.
• Collaborate effectively with teams to deliver projects and resolve technical problems.
• Apply creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have experience working with established standards, managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a public-facing environment, mentoring colleagues, and maintaining procedural and process documentation.
• Preferred, but not required: experience developing and maintaining payment applications or licensing and permitting applications; data conversion or migration experience, excluding DTS and SSIS migration packages; Crystal Reports Designer experience; and familiarity with ADA Title II.

• Participate in and contribute across all stages of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and quality assurance, implementation, training, and maintenance.
