The Opportunity This full-time B2B direct sales position blends outside sales with leadership and mentorship. As a Sales Representative & Trainer, you'll meet face-to-face with business owners and employees within your territory while coaching newer agents as they learn our systems and approach. Representatives operate as independent contractors, giving flexibility over your schedule and territory, while still benefiting from structured training, support, and leadership resources.
