We are looking for an energetic, confident, people-oriented BDC Sales Agent who wants to do more than sit behind a desk and make phone calls all day.

This position combines internet lead management, customer follow-up, appointment setting, and face-to-face automotive sales.

You will communicate with customers by phone, text, email, video, and social media—but your ultimate goal is to build relationships, bring customers into the dealership, meet them in person, and help them purchase a vehicle.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable approaching customers, and wants to develop into a successful automotive salesperson.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to internet leads, website inquiries, and dealership customers
• Communicate with customers through phone calls, text messages, email, personalized videos, and social media
• Build genuine relationships instead of reading generic scripts
• Schedule appointments and personally greet your customers when they arrive
• Assist customers with selecting, demonstrating, and test-driving vehicles
• Work directly with dealership management to structure opportunities and move customers toward a purchase
• Follow up with unsold customers, previous customers, and dealership database leads
• Help create social media content and promote dealership inventory
• Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activity in the CRM
• Stay involved with the customer from the initial conversation through the sale

• Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face and demonstrating vehicles
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Coachable and willing to learn our sales process
• Comfortable using technology, texting, social media, and video
• Able to work Saturdays and a dealership sales schedule
• Driven to turn conversations into appointments and appointments into sales

Automotive experience is helpful, but it is not required. Experience in sales, hospitality, serving, bartending, wireless sales, insurance, customer service, or other people-focused industries may be a great fit.

This Position Is Probably Not for You If:

• You only want to work from behind a computer
• You are uncomfortable approaching or greeting customers
• You want to make calls but do not want responsibility for the actual sale
• You need every conversation to be completely scripted
• You are not motivated by goals, accountability, or performance-based compensation

Location: Ardmore, Oklahoma
Schedule: Dealership hours, including Saturdays
Compensation: Draw plus commissions and performance bonuses
