You will cross‑sell credit union products and services in alignment with members’ financial needs and the strategic goals of the credit union. The MSR also serves as a front‑line contact for most member dealings at the credit union. Work Schedule Rotation: Mon‑Fri, should be available to work 7:45am for earliest shift, and until 6:15pm on latest shift; Also, every other Saturday from 9am‑12pm. Embraces new opportunities with strong initiative to accomplish tasks. Responsibilities Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members. Understand and cross‑sell CFCU products and services. Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross‑sells. Education and Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required. Prior cash‑handling experience preferred.
