Business Analyst - Workday

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support an Employee Document Repository (EDR) product team. The ideal candidate will possess strong testing, analytical, and reporting skills, with hands-on experience using Workday, ServiceNow, SQL Server Management Studio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira. This role requires active participation in Agile ceremonies, test planning and execution, defect management, and release validation activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance & Testing
• Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios based on user story acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing.
• Review and validate test cases with Product Owners and project stakeholders.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Resolve testing ambiguities and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Coordinate and execute regression testing for every release.
